About Will Anderson: Will holds a BS Degree in Youth Leadership, with a concentration in Volunteer Manpower Management and Non-Profit Agency Administration. He is a former Commissioned Officer with the Boy Scouts of America serving as a District Executive for 3 years. He later served as a Family Living Instructor at Boystown, Nebraska. He was direct commissioned by Governor Atiyeh in 1983 as a military officer and Civil Defense Worker in the Emergency Services and Security Branch, Oregon Military Department. He served proudly with Oregon's State Defense Force, then styled as "Oregon National Guard Reserve" between 1983 and 1986. He later served as a consultant to the Commanding General of the Utah State Defense Force as it was being phased out during Desert Storm. He was intimately involved with drafting the 350-1 "Security Specialist" training orders for Oregon, which were the genesis of the current "MEMS" or Military Emergency Management Specialist doctrine of The State Guard Association of The United States.

MA in Homeland Security. Glenn has been a member of the US Army for over 22 years and is currently serving as 1LT Military Police Officer at the 855 MP Co. He has deployed (3) times to Iraq, (1) to the 1996 Olympics, and (2) in defense of the Arizona/Mexico border. All of the missions were either security focused and each exposed him to different aspects of security. During recent deployments to Iraq, Glenn’s specialty was in developing physical security solutions based on properly identifying the threat and then in the development of risk and threat matrixes in order to mitigate the threat posed to both individuals (PSD) and critical site assets. With an MBA In Technology Management Glenn understands that the incorporation of technology into most solutions not only helps to improve the eventual outcomes, but can also act as a force multiplier in areas where resources are limited.
