Georgetown University Offers Certificate Programs To Enhance Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare Outcomes

The Center for Juvenile Justice Reform at Georgetown University’s Public Policy Institute has announced its 2009 certificate programs. The programs focus on advancing cross-systems activities to enhance outcomes for youth involved in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. Financial support is available to help subsidize the cost of travel, lodging, and tuition. The programs are designed for public agency leaders and senior level management at the tribal, state, and local levels. The Certificate Program for Individuals will take place from June 12, 2009 to June 18, 2009; the application deadline is March 2. The Certificate Program for Teams/Breakthrough Series Collaborative will take place from July 24, 2009 to July 29, 2009; the application deadline is March 23.
