Each April the Office for Victims of Crime helps lead communities across the country in observing National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) Public rallies, candlelight vigils, and a host of commemorative activities promote victims’ rights and services in all sectors of our society. This year NCVRW will be held April 23-29, 2006, and the theme will be Victims’ Rights: Strength in Unity. The 2006 resource guide for NCVRW helps communities promote awareness of victim issues; it includes camera-ready art files on CD-ROM, poster, and sample PSAs.
