Cyber Law Enforcement Organization unites police officers worldwide to provide education and investigative assistance on cybercrimes and cyber law. Drug Abuse Resistance Education is a police officer-led, classroom program for antidrug, antigang, antiviolence education for children from kindergarten through senior high school. Sessions address resisting peer pressure and learning to cope with problems in positive ways.

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) was established by the 1984 Victims of Crime Act to oversee diverse programs that benefit victims of crime. OVC provides substantial funding to state victim assistance and compensation programs—the lifeline services that help victims to heal.
