Bully Tips Help Out

I gave the bully tips posted on www.mcgruff.org to a friend that was being picked on the school bus. She told her mom and her mom called the principal of her school and they took care of the problem. I also tried talking to a kid in school who didn't have any friends and now she's my friend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! How I wish that there had been something like this when I was growing up. I was unmercifully bullied almost my entire school years. If there had been this type of education and support then how different things may have been. Kudos to whomever set up this site about bullying. Thank God people are finally starting to realize the harm that it does (sometimes life long harm). In my day bullying was not taken seriously at all except by the victims. The schools and parents just viewed bullying as a "rite of passage." How fortunate this abuse is being addressed now. Perhaps it will stop a lot of children and teens from the pain and suffering I experienced.
