McGruff Greets Thousands at National Zoo’s Annual Guppy Gala
McGruff the Crime Dog returned for his sixth year to the Washington, DC, National Zoological Park’s Guppy Gala in May 2006. More than 5,000 adults and children participated in the special fundraising event. Children had a chance to hop in a moonbounce, meet a magician, and hug our own number one crime dog. NCPC staff members were on hand to exhibit crime prevention materials and give away fun licensed products.
