The Winter Haven Police Department has purchased a 2006 Ford Freestar van which was paid for through drug confiscation funds. This van is vinyl wrapped with three separate crime prevention messages. Heartland Crime Stoppers paid for the vinyl wrapped out of the Florida Attorney General’s Trust Fund. This van goes to all crime prevention programs to promote awareness.
