The Town of Menasha Fire Department is hosting its annual Safety Day on October 3, 2009, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Fire Station #40 on Coldspring Road. This free and fun family event will feature hands-on activities for children such as fire hose testing and a life-safety house. Many booths will feature local safety organizations and ways that can keep residents and our community safe. Also on display will be many emergency vehicles from fire, police, and SWAT vehicles to antique emergency vehicles.
