Circle of Respect Voices
Young people can have strong and powerful voices, and they should be heard. This is why the National Crime Prevention Council will be launching an exciting new component to the Circle of Respect initiative: Circle of Respect Voices.
Circle of Respect Voices will encourage middle school and high school students to express their thoughts, ideas, or opinions through submissions that can include short stories, poetry, music (recorded audio or written lyrics), short films, photography, and art. We want students to reflect on any meaningful aspects of their experience, covering themes related not just to bullying, but also to relationships, the community, violence in general, and more. The most important part is that we hear their voices.
