The news unfolding out of Boulder, Colo. is an act of terror motivated by fear. Such actions are never right, and always put the lives of innocent people in danger. It is critical to stand against hate in all its forms. New information over the next several days will provide more details and hopefully bring the culprits to justice.
Special thanks to the Boulder Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the rapid and brave response. Their heroism stands in sharp contrast to the cowardice of those who orchestrated this vile act. Let’s keep the victims, their families, and loved ones in our prayers.
